It is impossible for a reader of this report to understand what is being purchased. This is a recent change - look at the detail provided in older reports.
This limits the information available to the public. West Vincent Supervisors routinely approve hundreds of thousands of dollars at each meeting and this report is the only way for the public to get a sense of where the money is going.
